Gaana Surabhi
Gaana Surabhi is the music school founded by Vidushi Smt. Ramya Praveen. Inspired by the belief that music has the innate potential to transform people for the better, the school imparts both music education and value-based learning. Students at the school range from young children to college students and professionals. They begin their musical journey with the fundamentals and have successfully appeared in examinations, participated in various competitions, recorded songs, and showcased their talents on various platforms.

Laying the right foundation is the task of every teacher but very few teachers have the grit, patience, perseverance and understanding to mould the child in the right direction. It truly is a humongous task. My daughter has been attending classes with Ramya Ma'am for the past few years and her progress and the changes I see in her not only in her singing but also in her discipline and approach towards learning are testimony to Ramya Ma'am's exemplary guidance and teaching. She treats the children and parents like her own family and does not hesitate one bit in celebrating their small or big achievements as well as gently admonishing the children's mistakes, just in order to gently guide them in the right direction. Seeing my daughter, Spandana's journey with Gaana Surabhi recognized and celebrated is truly gratifying. Since joining Gaana Surabhi, Spandana has grown tremendously, both as a musician and as a person. The dedication and commitment of the Guru, along with the supportive and nurturing environment at Gaana Surabhi, have been instrumental in her development. Ramya Madam's innovative yet grounded teaching methodology ensures that students not only grasp the technicalities of music but also cultivate a profound emotional connection with it. As a parent of her student at GAANA SURABHI - Raksha joined Gaana Surabhi as any other TIME PASS course at her School days (but as Parents we wanted her to take it seriously). But the Music Guru Smt. Ramya Praveen has guided her just beyond the role of any regular Music Teacher and made her to take the Musical Journey very seriously. Each class of Raksha's Guru are taken very interestingly and seriously to the extent that she has not missed Class with highest DEVOTION.

Our son Vyasa Achar has been learning music from Ramyaji for more than five years. The mode of teaching is online. We can see tremendous growth, transformation and his increasing passion to learn music after joining Gaana Surabhi. Apart from teaching the basic lessons Ramyaji also patiently introduces the finer nuances required to master the art. Time and again she also stresses the importance of the gurus in our parampara and their invaluable contributions thus helping him to become deeply rooted to our culture. Ramyaji's holistic approach and dedication has been greatly helping to mould our son towards the right direction. We are blessed to have her as our son's guru.
My son Pranav Sathvik joined Gaana Surabhi around 6 years ago. We are immensely happy and grateful to our respected Vidushi Ramya Ma'am for shaping up Pranav's overall growth. She meticulously plans children's learning process and her attention to detail is really appreciable. The workshops and interaction sessions that she has been conducting by inviting National award winning Vidwans in classical music inspires children immensely and this also motivates them as well. Special thanks to our Ma'am for implanting cultural values in Pranav. Her constructive feedback, discipline has really helped Pranav develop good behavior. She has trained Pranav for junior exam in which he has scored distinction
Aradhna started her musical journey with Guru Smt. Ramya Praveen when she was in her 1st standard. Initially, my goal as a parent was simply to engage her in a new art form. However, under Ramya Mam’s expert guidance, Aradhna's skills flourished. She excelled in her junior music exams in fifth grade. Ramya Mam's teaching style makes even the most intricate musical concepts easy to grasp and she ensures that her students are very strong with the basics and core knowledge before they advance to the next level. Gaana Surabhi offers a holistic learning experience, prioritizing music education along with the development of discipline, good behavior, and respect for cultural values. With this kind of support, I'm confident that Aradhna will achieve remarkable recognition in her musical journey.
